Responsibilities

• Map team operations across ops, sales, marketing, and product to identify manual inefficiencies
• Build AI-powered workflows to replace repetitive tasks and create visibility
• Design and implement scalable systems including invoicing flows, CRM systems, and communication routing
• Set up and maintain lightweight systems in Notion, Airtable, or Google Sheets
• Connect tools using integrations, webhooks, or no-code platforms
• Document all built systems clearly for maintenance
• Proactively flag inefficiencies and propose solutions to founders and functional leads

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LLM tools like Claude and ChatGPT in real workflows
• Experience building multi-step automations using n8n or similar tools
• Ability to connect tools and move data using integrations, webhooks, or no-code platforms
• Experience working with structured data in Airtable, Notion, or Google Sheets
• Understanding of core business workflows such as CRM pipelines and reporting
• Experience using advanced AI environments like Claude Projects or Claude Code
• Proven ability to build automations that replace real manual work
• Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to work with low hand-holding

Preferred Qualifications

• Deeper experience with APIs or light scripting
• Experience with Gemini or Microsoft Copilot
