AI Patient Access Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist the Infinitus AI system in completing complex insurance verification phone calls through a proprietary platform
• Provide feedback to operations and engineering teams to improve healthcare data collection and AI accuracy
• Ensure quality of recorded AI outputs and identify nuances in payer responses
• Enter accurate information from faxes, forms, and verbal communications into proprietary platforms
• Identify, document, and submit Adverse Events during interactions
• Meet daily production and quality benchmarks for tasks the AI agent cannot handle
• Participate in mandatory periodic overtime during high-volume seasons or product launches

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a healthcare field, contact center, or insurance/patient access contact center
• Background in Insurance Verification strongly preferred
• High technical literacy with ability to learn proprietary software quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under high volume

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume call center environment
• Previous experience as a Case Manager or Reimbursement Specialist
• 1–2 years of Customer Service or Sales experience
