Responsibilities

  • Research markets, competitors, and customer personas to identify compelling advertising angles
  • Develop creative concepts, messaging frameworks, and scripts for AI-generated video advertisements
  • Produce end-to-end AI-powered ad creatives, including VSLs, AI avatars, claymation, and UGC-style ads
  • Utilize AI creative tools to generate, edit, and deliver high-quality performance-focused video ads
  • Analyze campaign performance data and continuously optimize creatives based on testing results
  • Build and manage a high-volume creative testing pipeline focused on conversion and performance
  • Collaborate with media buyers and landing page specialists to ensure creative consistency

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating performance-driven ecommerce advertising creatives, particularly for YouTube
  • Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles (hooks, offers, positioning, and customer avatars)
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Claude, Manus, Higgsfield, fal.ai, or Atria
  • Experience producing AI-generated VSLs, AI avatars, or comparable performance marketing assets
  • Ability to independently own the creative process from market research to final production
  • Proficiency in interpreting campaign performance metrics to drive creative improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within performance marketing or digital advertising agencies
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, or Meta Ads
  • A portfolio showcasing AI-generated performance marketing creatives used in live campaigns
  • Experience working specifically with DTC ecommerce brands
