AI Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in design thinking workshops to explore user needs and product opportunities.
• Conduct user research, competitor benchmarking, and experience audits.
• Map user journeys and create clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design clean, scalable UI components in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Prototyping).
• Use AI design tools (e.g., Framer AI, Galileo, Uizard) to support rapid ideation and prototyping.
• Apply a deep understanding of AI tools to expedite design workflow without compromising quality.
• Collaborate closely with product, automation, and engineering teams to ensure implementation quality.
• Create and maintain design systems that scale across interfaces.
• Apply usability best practices and test designs with real users.
• Stay updated on the evolving role of AI in product design.

Requirements

• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience across responsive web and mobile
• Ability to translate strategy and user research into seamless product experiences
• Fluency in user journey mapping, task flows, and wireframing
• Design system thinking
• Experience facilitating client or internal workshops for UX direction
• Proficiency in Figma with a clean file structure
• Deep understanding of AI’s role in design and willingness to explore new tools
• Comfortable using AI design tools (Framer AI, Galileo, Uizard)
• Curiosity, detail-orientation, and comfort with fast iteration
• Understanding of the intersection between UX and automation, especially with AI enhancements
• Awareness of the latest AI design tools and trends
