Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating the execution of the Conversational Commerce product roadmap as Layla AI scales across the FACES Middle East business
• Support delivery across Product, Engineering, Design, CRM, Commerce, Marketing, and Retail teams
• Coordinate CRM activations and customer engagement initiatives
• Support in-store touchpoint activities for Retail Conversational Commerce
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Junior Product Coordinator or Associate Product Manager
• Experience coordinating digital product delivery across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of AI capabilities and trends
