AI Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, maintainable code in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#
• Integrate language models with various APIs, services, and cloud-based vector databases
• Develop APIs and interfaces to enable seamless interaction between AI models and client applications
• Fine-tune and customize integrations with pre-trained models to meet specific client needs
• Handle data preprocessing, cleaning, and augmentation to enhance model performance
• Monitor and optimize the performance of AI model integrations for efficiency and accuracy
• Work within cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and project managers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
• Proven experience in software development with a focus on AI and machine learning
• Hands-on experience integrating language models into applications and platforms
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar programming languages
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers
• Experience with Generative AI tooling like LangChain or Semantic Kernel
• Strong understanding of NLP concepts, including text generation and sentiment analysis
• Knowledge of API development and integration

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior IT digital consulting experience
• Experience with large-scale language models (e.g., GPT, BERT)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
