AI Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI solutions with a focus on machine learning and solution architecture
• Drive architecture governance, code quality, and technical standards
• Deliver AI and digital transformation solutions within highly regulated financial services and banking environments
• Design AI solutions integrated with enterprise platforms like Salesforce CRM, datalakes, and APIs
• Develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions, including autonomous agents and multi-agent systems
• Integrate AI with enterprise platforms and legacy systems via RESTful APIs or middleware

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• 6 to 8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and solution architecture
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and AI tools/platforms
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools, data lakehouses (Fabric), and ETL pipelines
• Experience with frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs
• Proven experience in banking, fintech, or highly regulated sectors

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with reinforcement learning, natural language processing, or computer vision
• Knowledge of AI ethics and bias mitigation strategies
