AI Systems Architect/AI Product Builder

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered operational systems, dashboards, and internal tools to automate logistics, finance, and customer experience.
• Develop AI solutions for reporting, SEO analytics, P&L visibility, CRM operations, and workflow management.
• Build AI agents, automations, copilots, and intelligent workflows.
• Create modern interfaces and operational platforms used across various departments.
• Integrate APIs, databases, CRMs, WhatsApp systems, and internal company tools.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and replace manual work with scalable AI systems.
• Research and implement new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.

Requirements

• Strong experience building AI systems, automations, or operational tools.
• Experience with APIs, databases, workflows, and integrations.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with React or other frontend frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as OpenAI APIs, n8n, LangChain, Make, or Zapier.
• Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving ability.
• A builder mentality with the ability to independently turn ideas into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI voice systems and WhatsApp AI integrations.
• Background in ERP systems or SaaS product development.
• Experience building multi-agent AI systems or OCR/document AI.
• Expertise in analytics, reporting systems, and operational dashboards.
