AI Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deconstruct messy real-world workflows (sales, marketing, product, or support ops) into automated, reliable systems.
• Build and deploy agentic systems, including agents, automations, internal tools, and data pipelines.
• Develop and rebuild complex products such as AI app builders, reporting dashboards, and internal operations platforms.
• Manage technical plumbing, including integrations, data models, and tracking systems.
• Reason commercially to identify and fix the root causes of business process failures.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with agentic/AI engineering (building with LLMs, agent frameworks, memory, and orchestration).
• Expertise in automation tools such as n8n (strongly preferred), Make, or Zapier for complex, branching builds.
• Proficiency in a real coding language, specifically JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
• Strong technical command of APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
• High-agency mindset with the ability to take a vague brief and ship a tested, working system independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, direct, and high-output environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the info-product, agency, or DTC/GTM sectors.
• Deep understanding of marketing technology or sales technology (CRMs, tracking/attribution, ESPs, Stripe).
• A portfolio of side-projects or products that demonstrate end-to-end ownership and technical depth.
