Responsibilities

• Take a validated product concept and turn it into a shipped, scalable SaaS product
• Build the foundational stack and convert concierge delivery into software
• Ship a functional first version fast using AI tooling and modern frameworks
• Build only what customers have asked and paid for
• Own code quality, performance, and security
• Support customer demos, integrations, and escalations alongside the Business Leader
• Set the engineering bar for future technical hires

Requirements

• 5+ years shipping SaaS products
• Founding engineer or technical co-founder experience
• Experience building and shipping with LLMs, agents, and modern AI tooling
• Proven ability to work solo in early stages, scrappy and autonomous
• Full-time commitment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior product reached revenue while you led the tech
• Prior success inside Dan Martell’s network or programs
• Product intuition backed by real customer contact
