AI Trainer – Accountant

Responsibilities

• Complete AI training tasks such as analyzing, editing, and writing annotations grounded in accounting standards
• Judge AI performance in accounting-related tasks including ledger logic, reconciliation, and tax scenario analysis
• Provide expert feedback on AI accuracy, compliance, and professional judgement to improve models

Requirements

• Verifiable professional experience as a fully qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA)
• Expertise in financial reporting, audit, tax, and management accounting
• Willingness to complete a skills verification test
• Strong attention to detail and ability to concentrate on complex tasks
• Reliable internet connection and computer access
• Ability to use a PayPal account for payments
• Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed participant

Preferred Qualifications

• General AI training experience
• Accounting domain annotation skills (IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP)
• Trust and Safety experience
• Understanding of Evals or Red Teaming
• Understanding of quality analytics
