Responsibilities

• Perform side-by-side evaluations of text and voice snippets to assess quality and authenticity
• Rate how natural AI-generated audio sounds
• Identify where AI tone or pronunciation feels unnatural or culturally mismatched
• Review whether intonation matches the cultural context of conversations
• Provide data tagging and feedback on naturalness, tone, and authenticity

Requirements

• Fluency in Marathi with a strong command of natural, everyday speech
• Ability to distinguish subtle differences in accent, tone, and vocal delivery
• Fluent English skills for instruction following and reporting
• High attention to detail
• Access to a quiet environment and good quality headphones or speakers
• A PayPal account for receiving payments

Preferred Qualifications

• Backgrounds in linguistics or translation
