AI Trainer

Responsibilities

• Evaluate candidate designs (e.g., Google Slides, posters, or advertisements) to determine which meets professional standards
• Judge candidates based on readability, text density, information hierarchy, and professionalism
• Review "before and after" style tasks to verify AI output satisfaction for specific design edit requests
• Participate in experimental tasks to refine AI handling of concise visual communication

Requirements

• Professional or advanced expertise in GNU Image Manipulation Program (GIMP)
• Technical literacy in layers, masks, paths, selections, filters, retouching, typography, and composition
• Ability to distinguish between consumer-grade and professional-ready visual content
• Ability to complete tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work
