AI Trainer / Senior Prompt Evaluation

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of AI model dialogues with users, assessing clarity, relevance, and response quality
• Identify and document growth areas and adjustments to improve model accuracy, tone, and context handling
• Collaborate with ML and development teams to implement feedback and track improvements over time
• Ensure consistency in model voice and adherence to guidelines and brand tone
• Provide actionable recommendations to optimise user interactions across diverse scenarios
• Stay current with AI and NLP advancements to inform content and evaluation strategies

Requirements

• Content review

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with conversational AI or chatbots
• Background in prompt evaluation or prompt engineering
• Prior work in product or content quality teams
• Familiarity with NLP concepts and model behavior
• Experience collaborating with ML/engineering teams
