AI Trainer – Visual & Graphic Design Expert

Responsibilities

• Evaluate candidate designs (e.g., Google Slides, posters, or advertisements) to determine which meets professional standards
• Judge design candidates based on readability, text density, information hierarchy, and professionalism
• Review "before and after" tasks to verify if AI outputs satisfied specific design edit requests
• Participate in experimental tasks to refine AI handling of concise visual communication

Requirements

• Formal education in Graphic/Visual Design plus 1+ year of professional experience, OR 5+ years of high-level client experience
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Ability to distinguish between consumer-grade and enterprise-ready content
• Valid portfolio or work samples required for screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Interaction Design or Motion Graphics
• Background in Brand Building, Advertising, or Marketing
