AI Transformation Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize enterprise-wide AI strategy by identifying high-impact opportunities across business functions.
• Translate complex business workflows into AI-enabled solutions involving automation, augmentation, and decision support.
• Personally build and deploy AI-powered workflows using tools such as Claude Code/Cowork, Workato, and Amazon Bedrock.
• Design prompt engineering strategies, reusable templates, and repeatable frameworks to scale secure AI adoption.
• Drive change management by training teams, building AI literacy, and acting as an internal evangelist for an "AI-first" mindset.
• Define success metrics and create executive dashboards to track AI adoption, ROI, and measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in consulting, operations, or technology roles.
• Background in high-performance consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte).
• Hands-on experience implementing AI/automation solutions with production-grade testing.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and visualization.
• Working knowledge of modern AI tools, including LLMs, Agentic frameworks, and prompt engineering.
• Strong systems thinking skills and the ability to map complex business workflows.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
