AI Transformation Lead

Responsibilities

• Solve business problems by applying AI, LLMs, and no-code tools to daily operations
• Identify, prioritize, and prototype AI use cases to bring them to a working state
• Ensure the independent use of AI across various business functions
• Define, evaluate, and manage metrics for AI effectiveness, including P&L and operational efficiency
• Drive the development of an internal AI community focused on business challenges
• Monitor the AI tools market and integrate new solutions to address business needs

Requirements

• Experience applying AI/LLM to solve real-world business problems through implementation
• Hands-on experience with LLM and AI tools, including prompting, orchestration, and no-code/low-code automation
• Strong understanding of business metrics such as P&L, unit economics, and customer metrics
• Ability to independently identify use cases and implement solutions without direct development involvement
• Proven ability to interact with business stakeholders and manage process changes
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Experience building or developing an internal AI community
• Basic understanding of data science sufficient to assess technical limitations and risks
