AI Tutor - Indonesian

Responsibilities

• Use proprietary software to label, annotate, record, and provide inputs on multilingual audio projects
• Deliver high-quality curated audio data with accurate linguistic and prosodic details
• Collaborate with technical staff to improve AI speech modulation, accent variation, and multilingual audio processing
• Help improve annotation tools for efficient audio workflows

Requirements

• Native proficiency in Indonesian with exposure to diverse accents and dialects
• English proficiency (minimum B2) with clear vocal delivery suitable for recording
• Strong auditory perception for speech nuances, accents, intonation, and audio quality
• Proven ability to transcribe audio accurately across accents and varying quality
• Comfort providing high-quality voice recordings and feedback on audio samples
• Strong comprehension and independent judgment on ambiguous or noisy speech
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to linguistic nuance, auditory detail, and data quality
• Advanced transcription and annotation experience including disfluencies, accents, and prosodic features
• Background in linguistics, speech sciences, cognitive science, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with speech/audio datasets, annotation workflows, or voice model training
• Professional voice work experience such as voice acting, recording, or podcasting
• Portfolio of voice samples or annotated transcripts (strongly preferred for advanced candidates)
