Responsibilities

• Use proprietary software to label, annotate, record, and provide inputs on multilingual audio projects
• Deliver high-quality curated audio data with accurate linguistic and prosodic details
• Collaborate with technical staff to improve AI speech modulation, accent variation, and multilingual audio processing
• Help improve annotation tools for efficient audio workflows

Requirements

• Native proficiency in Spanish with exposure to diverse accents and dialects
• English proficiency (minimum B2) with clear vocal delivery suitable for recording
• Strong auditory perception for identifying speech nuances, accents, and audio quality
• Demonstrated ability to transcribe audio with high accuracy across accents and varying quality
• Comfort providing high-quality voice recordings and feedback on audio samples
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in linguistics, speech sciences, or related field
• Experience with speech/audio datasets, annotation workflows, or AI training data
• Professional experience in voice work, voice acting, podcasting, or audio production
• Portfolio of voice samples, annotated transcripts, or audio-related work
