AI Tutor - Urdu

Responsibilities

• Provide labels, annotations, recordings, and inputs on multilingual audio projects using proprietary software
• Deliver high-quality curated audio data ensuring clear, natural spoken output and accurate linguistic and prosodic details
• Collaborate with technical staff to develop tasks that improve AI handling of speech modulation, accent variation, and multilingual audio processing
• Work with technical staff to improve annotation tools for efficient audio workflows

Requirements

• Native proficiency in Urdu with exposure to diverse accents, dialects, or regional variations
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2) with clear, natural vocal delivery suitable for audio recording
• Strong auditory perception to identify nuances in speech, accents, pronunciation, and intonation
• Demonstrated ability to transcribe audio with high accuracy across accents and varying audio quality
• Comfort providing high-quality voice recordings and feedback on audio samples
• Strong comprehension skills and ability to make independent judgments on ambiguous or varied audio material

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in linguistics, speech sciences, cognitive science, or a related field
• Experience working with speech/audio datasets, annotation workflows, or AI training data
• Professional experience in voice work, voice acting, podcasting, or similar audio production
• Portfolio of voice samples, annotated transcripts, or audio-related work demonstrating quality and attention to detail
