AI Video Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of AI-assisted video content for campaigns, branded content, and social advertising.
• Guide multidisciplinary creative teams through concept development, visual storytelling, and AI-enhanced production workflows.
• Combine traditional filmmaking and post-production principles with emerging Generative AI tools.
• Drive experimentation to improve creative quality, scalability, and production efficiency within AI video workflows.
• Collaborate directly with customers to present creative rationale and shape strategic solutions.
• Define and evolve internal AI video production standards and best practices.
• Provide mentorship and creative direction to team members across multiple fast-moving projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in filmmaking, video production, post-production, or creative direction.
• Strong portfolio showcasing cinematic storytelling, editing, or AI-assisted video work.
• Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools for video or image creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Proven experience leading creative projects and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding of storytelling, composition, lighting, motion, and cinematic language.
• Strong English communication skills for customer-facing leadership and global collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with motion graphics, compositing, animation, or 3D workflows.
• Experience integrating AI-generated assets into professional, high-standard production pipelines.
