AI Video Creative

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality video content by blending Generative AI tools with traditional video workflows
• Generate and refine video concepts using AI-driven processes like image-to-video and compositing
• Apply cinematography, storytelling, and pacing principles to elevate AI-generated assets
• Experiment with new AI workflows to enhance creative expression and production consistency
• Partner with project managers and customers to translate creative briefs into compelling video outputs
• Document and share AI workflows and learnings to support team-wide growth
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI to enhance or replace traditional production processes

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in video production, filmmaking, or post-production
• A strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, cinematography, or editing craft
• Proficiency in Generative AI tools for video and/or image creation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Strong foundation in video craft, including composition, lighting, motion, and pacing
• Solid English communication skills to articulate creative ideas clearly
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or advanced compositing
