AI Video Producer

Responsibilities

• Produce AI-assisted video content for digital, social, editorial, studio, and podcast platforms
• Improve video production workflows through the practical application of AI technology
• Build repeatable workflows and templates around sports data, scripting, voiceover, and motion graphics
• Create scalable video formats for rankings, player spotlights, team features, and breaking news
• Partner with editorial and data teams to turn statistics and athlete stories into compelling video narratives
• Support studio programming by creating podcast-to-video workflows, including vertical clips and social extensions
• Evaluate and document new AI tools to integrate into existing production systems

Requirements

• Proven experience producing video content for digital, social, or sports media platforms
• Strong hands-on experience using AI video tools and AI-assisted production workflows
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and CapCut
• Experience with AI tools such as Runway, Pika, Descript, ElevenLabs, or Canva
• Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to translate data into engaging narratives
• Ability to work effectively across editorial, product, and data teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in sports media, high school athletics, or digital publishing
• Experience building scalable content systems or automated data-to-video workflows
• Experience producing short-form social video, YouTube content, or podcast clips
• Familiarity with the MaxPreps or NFHS Network ecosystems
