AI Workflow Builder & Solution Engineer - French Fluent

Responsibilities

• Turn complex business needs into robust, scalable, and automated systems
• Automate mission-critical workflows across the company
• Scale systems to support international growth
• Free up time and unlock leverage for every team
• Implement AI agents/bots for repetitive operations
• Design and build scalable automations with n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or custom scripts
• Integrate APIs (REST, Webhooks, GraphQL, OAuth) and self-host tools as needed
• Build microservices to bridge no-code and custom development
• Structure data architecture (Airtable, Notion, DBs), manage access/permissions, and workflow design
• Refactor and optimize existing automations, ensure reliability, and implement monitoring/alerts
• Deploy GPT-powered internal bots and connect chat interfaces to internal tools
• Create thorough documentation and train/support internal users

Requirements

• Shipped production-grade automation systems across teams
• Fluency with APIs, HTTP requests, and authentication methods
• Comfortable self-hosting, deploying, and maintaining tools
• Experience implementing chatbot/assistant systems connected to internal tools
• Able to simplify and scale complex systems for others
• Rigorous attention to detail regarding edge cases, uptime, and error logs
• Excellent cross-functional collaborator and documentation skills
• Autonomy, problem-solving mindset
• French & English fluency

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Python/JS scripts
• Strong skills in data structure design (Airtable, Notion, RDBMS)
• Experience with Docker, Cloud Run, Firebase, Railway, Vercel, Render
• Use of OpenAI, LangChain, vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Low ego, high growth mindset; team-first mentality
• Experience working in, or passion for, personal development, coaching, or EdTech environments
