Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary technical contact for clients in the UAE, handling routine maintenance, minor unscheduled events, major scheduled inspections and AOG events.
  • Plan and coordinate major scheduled inspections and manage immediate logistics for unscheduled events.
  • Provide on-site representation during major scheduled inspections and other required visits.
  • Create and manage Service Calls to track technical data and support financial forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through regular contact and advisory support.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional service facilities and mobile repair teams.
  • Research aircraft logbooks and perform visual inspections for new enrollments and contract maintenance.
  • Review and process invoices in AMS according to Technical Services policies and turn time goals.
  • Triage technical events and ensure appropriate handling and escalation.
  • Maintain thorough understanding of contracts, policies and procedures; perform additional duties assigned by Technical Services Management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an aviation field (or equivalent)
  • 10 years’ experience with corporate turbine-powered business aircraft (preferred)
  • Specific expertise with Gulfstream airframes
  • Specific expertise with Bombardier airframes
  • Experience working with corporate (non-commercial) business jets
  • Experience performing on-site inspections and managing major maintenance events
