Algorithmic Trader

Responsibilities

• Trade a wide range of financial instruments
• Develop, maintain, and improve trading strategies and algorithms
• Run trading desks and manage the execution and risk of complex trading portfolios
• Collaborate with developers from the IT department on various projects

Requirements

• STEM degree graduated between 2022 and 2024
• 1–3 years of coding experience, including at least 1 year of professional/commercial work
• Strong mental arithmetic and analytical abilities
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Fluent in English
• Open to relocation to Dubai

Preferred Qualifications

• Participation in national competitions
• High academic grades
• A genuine interest in learning algorithmic, high-frequency, and quantitative trading
