Amazon Catalog Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings within Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
• Troubleshoot and resolve catalog issues including suppressed listings and stranded inventory
• Create and optimize product listings including titles, bullet points, and descriptions
• Build and manage parent-child variations
• Utilize flat files for bulk catalog updates
• Manage cases with Amazon Support and Brand Registry
• Conduct regular detail page audits for compliance and conversion
• Upload and manage product images
• Monitor catalog health and update sales trackers

Requirements

• 1+ year experience with Amazon Vendor Central
• 1+ year experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Proven experience troubleshooting Amazon catalog and listing issues
• Hands-on experience with flat files and bulk uploads
• Strong understanding of variation relationships and catalog structure
• Experience with Amazon Support and Brand Registry case management
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Proficiency with Google Tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with catalog audits and SEO-driven content optimization
• Strong communication skills for documenting issues and solutions
• Experience working in an agency or multi-brand environment
