Amazon Marketplace Support Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with Amazon Seller Central account setup, organization, and maintenance
• Support product listing creation, updates, and category research
• Research potential suppliers, distributors, and marketplace requirements
• Maintain spreadsheets, documentation, and project trackers
• Monitor listings, inventory, and basic account health metrics
• Assist with customer service workflows and repeatable business processes

Requirements

• Prior experience using Amazon Seller Central
• Familiarity with Amazon listing creation and management
• Experience conducting online research
• Strong organizational and written English communication skills
• Comfortable working independently with startups and early-stage businesses
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheet tools
