Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and evolve advanced Amazon PPC structures across multiple brands and product categories
  • Own full-funnel advertising strategy across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and video campaigns
  • Develop proactive testing strategies for placements, keyword segmentation, and scaling approaches
  • Analyze performance trends across entire product portfolios to identify market share opportunities
  • Lead PPC strategy for new product launches, seasonal pushes, and inventory sell-through campaigns
  • Monitor the impact of paid performance on organic ranking to optimize for long-term growth
  • Collaborate with creative and account management teams to align advertising with conversion rate optimization

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on Amazon PPC experience managing complex accounts independently
  • Proven ability to manage advertising across multiple products, variations, or brands simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of how PPC influences organic rank, keyword indexing, and catalogue growth
  • Strong commercial judgment regarding scaling, profitability, and TACoS management
  • Ability to manage 20–50 actively advertised SKUs across different categories and seasonal cycles
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to proactively identify and implement new trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Helium 10, Scale Insights, Bidx, or similar advertising tools
  • Familiarity with Amazon DSP and advanced video campaign optimization
  • Experience managing PPC for brands with $10M+ annual revenue
  • Basic understanding of listing optimization and A+ content
  • Familiarity with AI-driven Amazon search changes and evolving shopper behavior
