Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned ambassadors, influencers, streamers, and creator partners
• Track partner deliverables, campaign activity, and posting schedules to ensure contractual compliance
• Review partner content in real time across relevant platforms
• Develop and coordinate promotional campaigns for partner audiences
• Submit monthly partner-by-partner performance reports
• Collaborate with CRM, marketing, PRM, and affiliate teams to support activation and retention
• Coordinate content asset collection and briefing with partners
• Review end-of-month partner invoices based on completed deliverables
• Support partner renewal discussions, onboarding, and new ambassador launches
• Mentor and support Junior Ambassador Managers
• Analyze high-performing creator content and audience engagement trends

Requirements

• Strong understanding of poker rules, terminology, and community dynamics
• Proven experience managing influencer, streamer, ambassador, or creator relationships
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• High level of accuracy in auditing content and reviewing invoices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in guiding and mentoring junior team members
• Ability to analyze campaign activity and engagement metrics
