AMC 10 Tutor

Responsibilities

• Deliver online one-on-one math lessons focused on AMC 8 and AMC 10 competition preparation
• Teach in English using interactive and problem-solving based methods
• Guide students through competition-style problems and explain key concepts and strategies
• Help students build systematic approaches to topics such as number theory, algebra, counting, probability, and geometry
• Support students in developing confidence and effective test-taking strategies
• Provide timely feedback and targeted guidance to support student understanding

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Strong math foundation
• Availability to work during weekday evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Majors in Math, Economics, Finance, or related fields
• Experience in math competitions or relevant competition teaching/tutoring experience
• Familiarity with competitions such as AMC, AIME, or MathCounts
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin
