About the Company

Oscilar is building an advanced AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform. Banks, fintechs, and digitally native organizations rely on Oscilar to manage fraud, credit, and compliance risk using the power of AI.

Responsibilities

• Act as the domain expert on sales calls to drive adoption with compliance officers and BSA officers
• Define "good" behavior for AML AI agents, including SAR narrative generation and alert triage
• Provide practitioner-level advisory during customer implementation calls, QBRs, and technical deep dives
• Feed field insights back to the product team to shape the roadmap based on real-world typologies and workflow constraints

Requirements

• Extensive career experience in AML (Analyst, Investigator, Case Manager, or Manager)
• Hands-on experience working a case queue and personally writing or reviewing SARs/STRs
• Experience working across diverse institution types (e.g., neobanks, mid-market payment companies, and community banks)
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted case management and compliance explainability
• Ability to articulate AML requirements to engineering and product teams

Preferred Qualifications

• CAMS certification
• Hands-on experience with Canada (FINTRAC) or UK/EU (FCA, JMLSG, AMLD) regulations
• AML experience within Fintech, neobanks, or crypto
• Experience using or evaluating tools like Actimize, Feedzai, Unit21, ComplyAdvantage, or Hawk AI
• Experience training or managing junior analysts
