Analyst - Associate FP&A

Responsibilities

• Master advanced Excel functions including Pivot Tables, Macros, and complex formulas for detailed modeling
• Develop and manage financial projections using top-down and bottom-up approaches
• Conduct critical financial analyses such as MRR, LTV, CAC calculations, and cohort analysis
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes for clients
• Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting tasks
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members via Slack, Clickup, and other platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• At least three years of relevant experience in financial analysis, project management, or business process analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with early to mid-stage startups
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Microsoft BI
