Oscilar is building an advanced AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform. Banks, fintechs, and digitally native organizations rely on Oscilar to manage fraud, credit, and compliance risk using the power of AI.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder data needs across Ops, Finance, and GTM into technical requirements
• Define, build, and manage key data pipelines in dbt to transform raw data into canonical datasets
• Use AI tools, LLMs, and agents to accelerate analytics workflows, including pipeline development and QA
• Read, write, debug, and validate SQL, Python, dbt models, and AI-generated code
• Establish high data integrity standards, SLAs, and QA processes
• Develop reliable dashboards to track core business, GTM, and operational metrics
• Build foundational data products, automations, and internal tools to enable self-serve analytics
• Provide strategic input on build vs. buy decisions across the GTM data stack

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role
• Experience partnering with GTM and Finance leaders to report on company-wide metrics
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data modeling
• Experience building ETL workflows and data models using dbt
• Strong AI fluency with hands-on experience using LLMs or AI agents to accelerate workflows
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow and version control via GitHub
• Experience with visualization tools like Hex or similar platforms
• Strong data integrity mindset and experience building QA processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a scaled, high-performing analytics or data environment
• Full-stack mindset with a willingness to solve problems end-to-end
