Lightdash is an open source BI tool that instantly turns your dbt project into a full-stack BI platform. We’re building the best BI tool for analytics engineers by letting them manage everything as code, from the comfort of their text editor and command line.

Responsibilities

• Obsess over user success through technical problem-solving in Slack and via calls
• Act as the Lightdash expert, staying current with latest features and AI capabilities
• Create and deliver world-class tutorials, demos, blog posts, and video content
• Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the analytics engineering community
• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and technical problem-solving

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with dbt, SQL, and data modeling
• Proficiency with git, command line, and data visualization tools
• Experience using AI coding assistants and productivity tools
• Deep understanding of business intelligence and analytics engineering workflows
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work within UTC +/- 3 timezone

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience pair-programming through complex data issues
• Ability to connect user needs to product strategy and feature development
• Natural teaching ability for live calls and documentation
