About the Company

Quarks is a technology company creating niche products in the Social Discovery & Relationship Wellness sphere. Our platforms are used by over 80 million users in more than 20 locations worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Search for fraudsters and ban profiles for violating site rules
  • Identify suspicious activity and verify users
  • Moderate text content left by users to ensure compliance with site rules
  • Maintain constant communication via Slack throughout the shift
  • Provide feedback to the quality department to review cases and improve decision quality

Requirements

  • Experience working with Gmail and Office
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information
  • Scrupulousness and developed logical thinking
  • Readiness to work night shifts (00:00-06:00)

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support or moderation
