Responsibilities
- Search for fraudsters and ban profiles for violating site rules
- Identify suspicious activity and verify users
- Moderate text content left by users to ensure compliance with site rules
- Maintain constant communication via Slack throughout the shift
- Provide feedback to the quality department to review cases and improve decision quality
Requirements
- Experience working with Gmail and Office
- Ability to work with large amounts of information
- Scrupulousness and developed logical thinking
- Readiness to work night shifts (00:00-06:00)
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in customer support or moderation
