About the Company

Quarks is a technology company creating niche products in the Social Discovery & Relationship Wellness sphere. Our platforms are used by over 80 million users in more than 20 locations worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Search for fraudsters and ban profiles for violating site rules
  • Identify suspicious activity, verify users, and block accounts of violators
  • Moderate text content left by users on the platform to ensure compliance with site rules
  • Maintain constant communication in Slack throughout the shift
  • Provide feedback to the quality department to review cases and improve decision-making quality

Requirements

  • Experience working with Gmail and Office
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information
  • Scrupulousness and developed logical thinking
  • Readiness to work at any time of day, specifically during night (00:00-06:00) and morning (6:00-9:00) shifts

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support or moderation
