AP Engagement Specialist Serving Middle East

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and clients in the Middle East to manage compliance and anti-piracy campaigns.
• Analyze and evaluate data from investigations and update CRM systems for reporting.
• Develop new leads using external sources and refine customer engagement strategies.
• Organize documentation to ensure smooth, consistent processes and knowledge-sharing.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in sales or legal (sales exposure; software compliance or piracy experience is a plus).
• Strong desire to learn and grow within a global environment.
• Arabic speaker with proficiency in English for effective communication (French is a plus).
• Comfortable with data management tools, metrics, and omnichannel communication (calls, emails, video).
• Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel or equivalents (Google Sheets, SPSS).
• Effective internet skills including search techniques and online lead generation.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Adaptability to changing campaign priorities and remote teamwork.
