APCM Registered Nurse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day workflow of a remote team of up to 20 Registered Nurses
• Audit RN performance and clinical documentation for compliance and quality
• Coach RNs through structured feedback and performance improvement plans
• Manage team scheduling, PTO, and time-off coverage
• Partner with the Training Supervisor to address clinical education gaps
• Drive RN hiring by leading interviews and candidate selection

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered compact Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 5 years of practice as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience
• Experience overseeing high-volume, metric-driven operational environments
• Experience leading or supervising a remote clinical workforce
• Fluency with AI-assisted clinical tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Advanced Primary Care Management or chronic care management
• Additional single-state nursing licenses
