API/EDI Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement API/EDI B2B integrations into the Pipe17 platform
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the API/EDI/B2B Roadmap
• Configure and customize API/EDI mappings, transformations, and workflows
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of EDI/B2B processes
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in API/EDI/B2B development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in API Platform development
• Experience with EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and protocols (AS2, FTP, SFTP)
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Node.js, and JavaScript
• Experience developing custom scripts and automation tools for EDI/B2B integration
• Solid understanding of B2B communication protocols and data formats (XML, JSON)
• Experience with EDI translation software and EDI VANs
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in EDI/B2B integration
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
• Experience with cloud-based integration tools such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi
• Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and retail industry processes
