Appian Architect

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients, product owners, and stakeholders to design and implement software solutions
• Plan, lead, and manage resources on complex Appian software development projects
• Mentor and develop Junior and Senior Appian Developers
• Maintain technical knowledge and lead team activities in requirement discovery and BPM best practices

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years leading Appian software development teams
• 8 to 10 years of software development experience (Appian preferred)
• Experience with database and system integration
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• US Citizenship required
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Software Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Senior Developer (Level 3) Appian Certification
• Expertise in process modeling, user interface design, and data modeling
• Ability to identify and evaluate new technologies to fill technical gaps
• Experience managing finances of assigned work areas
• Strong mentorship and communication skills
