Appian Associate

Responsibilities

• Work with senior leaders to scope and design Appian solutions that meet client expectations and business needs
• Deliver complex development assignments efficiently and comprehensively
• Lead discussions and collaborate with external clients to understand business processes and technical needs

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience leading software development teams implementing Appian
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Experience in requirement discovery, data modeling, and BPM application design/build
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Software Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
• Senior Developer Certification/Level 2
• US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile Certification
• SQL proficiency (DDL, DML, CRUD) with Oracle, MySQL, or Postgres
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of SDLC and deployment cycles
