Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on EMR optimization efforts
• Provide best practices to ensure customer success with the EMR
• Perform complex configurations to improve workflow efficiencies
• Provide training to client users during deployment
• Provide ongoing product education for existing customers
• Escalate bug fixes to appropriate staff as needed
• Assist the deployment team with onboarding tasks
• Travel up to 10% as required

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience providing customer service/support to commercial clients
• Experience using and troubleshooting business applications
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and browser-based applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in oral presentation, training, and public speaking
• Ability to obtain applicable product certifications within 90 days of hire
