Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy agentic LLM workflows that automate contract analysis, vendor research, and negotiation planning
- Create AI agents for procurement areas such as CapEx Equipment, Professional Services, Software & Technology, and Logistics & Supply Chain
- Build multi-dimensional optimization systems factoring price, terms, risk, timeline, and relationships
- Architect end-to-end negotiation workflows: contract intelligence, strategic reasoning, orchestration, and optimization
- Develop robust multi-agent collaboration frameworks for enterprise negotiations
- Create LLM evaluation systems focusing on performance, safety, and consistency
- Integrate AI agents with major procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, GEP)
- Build real-time negotiation dashboards and control systems for procurement teams
- Enhance enterprise-grade security, compliance, and audit in contract negotiations
- Work directly with Fortune 500 procurement executives to refine AI strategies
- Demo prototypes and gather feedback on complex use cases
- Collaborate with domain experts to capture procurement dynamics
Requirements
- 2+ years software engineering experience (preferably in startup)
- Strong Python expertise, especially in AI/ML
- Proven experience deploying LLM systems in production (evaluation, guardrails, monitoring)
- Master’s or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and LLMs
- Ability to architect and build complex, production AI systems
- Strong communicator with technical and business stakeholders
- Comfortable whiteboarding AI systems with enterprise customers
- Thrives in fast-paced startup settings
Preferred Qualifications
- Research/publications in large language models, multi-agent systems, or AI negotiation
- Experience with enterprise B2B software and systems integration
- Understanding of procurement processes, contract analysis, or negotiations
- Experience building high-reliability, explainable AI systems
