Applied AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve data systems to create a trusted foundation from fragmented revenue and event data
• Develop and run checks to measure data quality and catch regressions or edge cases
• Improve business decision-making through trusted metrics, experimentation, and automated analysis
• Investigate production failures to improve pipeline robustness, latency, and reliability
• Build data products and feedback loops for AI agents to provide necessary context and signals
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to embed AI into high-value workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience building or shipping machine learning or LLM-powered products
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML tooling
• Experience building and operating production data systems with large, complex, or event-level datasets
• Ability to think in terms of complete systems and business outcomes
• Strong debugging skills for investigating messy production failures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agent frameworks or tool-using LLM systems
• Experience working with large, messy datasets or production logs
• Experience in advertising technology (mediation platforms, ad networks, DSPs, or exchanges)
