Responsibilities

• Answer inbound guest calls Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
• Conduct warm, brief conversations regarding travel dates, occasions, and guest counts
• Transfer callers live to available booking specialists or schedule calls on their calendars
• Return after-hours calls at the start of each morning
• Maintain a monthly missed-call rate under 12%

Requirements

• Exceptional phone presence with a warm, friendly, and composed tone
• Service-first mindset and high level of dependability
• Ability to stay composed and efficient during high call volumes
• Comfortable using computer-based phone systems, CRMs, and calendar tools
• Must be located in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, front desk, call center, or scheduling
