Job description

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Effectively present our services to generate interest and schedule appointments with qualified leads.
  • Follow up with leads to answer questions and maintain engagement.
  • Accurately record all interactions and appointment details in our CRM system.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach campaigns and optimize accordingly.
  • Stay updated on our services and industry trends to communicate knowledgeably with prospects.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a sales-related role is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Strong organisational skills with a focus on maintaining accurate records.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Self-motivated and capable of achieving targets independently.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.

Benefits

Monthly salary between R20000 and R25000 depending on experience
