Job description
Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Effectively present our services to generate interest and schedule appointments with qualified leads.
- Follow up with leads to answer questions and maintain engagement.
- Accurately record all interactions and appointment details in our CRM system.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach campaigns and optimize accordingly.
- Stay updated on our services and industry trends to communicate knowledgeably with prospects.
Requirements
- Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a sales-related role is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on maintaining accurate records.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Self-motivated and capable of achieving targets independently.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
Benefits
Monthly salary between R20000 and R25000 depending on experience
