Arabic<>English Interpreter

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate OPI/VRI interpretation between Arabic and English for healthcare and other industries
• Ensure clear, professional communication while maintaining strict confidentiality
• Follow Interpreter's Code of Conduct and adhere to technical and dress code requirements
• Demonstrate strong note-taking, listening, and memory retention skills
• Complete internal training and pursue professional certifications

Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English proficiency
• 1+ years of remote OPI/VRI interpreting experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology; legal terminology a plus
• Healthcare interpretation certifications (PICSI, ALTA, HIPAA) preferred
• High school diploma minimum
• High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness

Preferred Qualifications

• International certifications in healthcare interpretation
• Experience with multiple industry verticals beyond healthcare
