Arabic Language Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead language quality initiatives for Arabic, including localization reviews and UX testing
• Apply and refine LLM prompts and AI workflows to drive language quality and efficiency
• Connect localization output to content performance and SEO signals in the Arabic market
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure full localization (RTL behavior, cultural appropriateness)
• Lead Arabic localization projects from inception to completion
• Champion Arabic-speaking users by synthesizing customer feedback for UI/UX improvements
• Manage language service providers and freelancers
• Maintain Arabic translation assets including style guides and glossaries
• Provide market intelligence on Arabic market potential and competitor activities
• Ensure localized content adheres to global brand guidelines while maintaining a distinct Arabic tone

Requirements

• Native fluency in Arabic and business proficiency in English
• BA in translation, linguistics, content marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in Arabic translation, localization, or LQA
• Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, MT engines) in localization workflows
• Proficiency with Translation Management Systems (TMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Experience in creative translation and transcreation for Arabic cultural contexts
• Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Ability to conduct market research and gather customer feedback
• Experience managing language service providers

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content performance metrics
• Experience with prompt engineering or AI-assisted content quality governance
• Knowledge of RTL design considerations for Arabic UX
• Proficiency in additional languages
• Passion for crypto and blockchain innovations
