(Arabic) Senior Product Designer - Design System Specialist

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the evolution of a mature design system including component evolution, design patterns, data visualization, motion, and overall design language.
• Leverage and extend the use of the design system, documentation, patterns, and assets when creating design deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional design team members such as Branding, Research, Design Operations, Content Design, as well as with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Implement best practices in design processes and methodologies aligned with business and customer needs.
• Ensure all Design System visuals and outputs are consistent with overall brand guidelines.
• Contribute to people management activities (appraisals, development plans, capability building).

Requirements

• 6-9 years experience in UI/UX roles, with a bachelor’s degree in user experience, design, research, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
• Hybrid UX/UI designer who understands the complexities of digital experiences and excels at visual crafting.
• Hands-on designer, fluent in Figma, with experience contributing to enterprise-scale design systems, including Design Tokens and accessibility.
• Deep command of the UX lifecycle with direct experience in all areas and tools, including workshop facilitation.
• Strong awareness of future trends, emerging technology, and shifting customer expectations.
• Experienced in managing multiple projects, including those with ambiguity.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Comfortable in international and cross-functional teams.
• Arabic language required.
